RB 店内的产品都是现货而且只卖正品。如果您发现任何产品不符合描述,您可以提出退货和退款。


Q2. 货到付款可以吗?我想在实体店取货。

我们支持来店光顾,自提选项,和送货服务。


Q3. 几时会发货?

产品将会在下单两天内发货。寄送服务: RB Transport Team, Gdex Express, & Citylink Express.


Q4. 我收到不完整/错误/损坏的物品。我可以退款吗?

Q5. 为什么产品会生虫 & 产品生虫怎么办?

我们的产品是天然无硫磺的,生虫属于自然现象。一些传统名贵中药材容易药材虫 (知乎: 中药生虫是件好事),难以保存,如果贮藏方法不当,更易变质而失去药效。 (1) 清水清洗,马上使用 (2) 冷藏保存(-5℃)保存效果最佳 (3) 及时晒干 (4) 放在干燥处,注意防潮。如已霉烂变质,或大量生虫结块,则不宜再作药用。

RB sells only authentic products that are available in-store. If you find products that are not as described, you may raise for a return and refund.



Q2. Is COD available? or local pick-up?

We support walk-in, pick-up options, and delivery services.


Q3. When will be shipped?

Products will be shipped within two days of placing the order. Courier Services: RB Transport Team, Gdex Express, & Citylink Express.


Q4. I received an incomplete/wrong/damaged item. Can I get a refund?

Q5.  Why is the product wormed? What should I do if the product is wormed?

Our products are natural and sulfur-free. Hence, wormed is a natural phenomenon. Some traditional and precious Chinese medicinal materials are prone to insects(those insects are safe and not poisonous) and are challenging to preserve. (1) Rinse with clean water and use immediately (2) Refrigerated storage (-5℃) has the best preservation effect (3) Dry in time (4) Put it in a dry place, pay attention to moisture. If it has been mildewed and deteriorated, or a large number of insects have agglomerated,
