1. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us in our website enquiry format the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
2. For home delivery, you may hand any expired, faulty, damaged goods or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, we will process within 7 days.
3. If you discover any defect or damage inside the packaging after the delivery process, please return the parcel to our office within 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt.
4. Exchange of product(s) can be arranged for the following reasons:
4.1. If the product is expired / damaged upon collection at the store / at the time of delivery.
4.2. If the product is expired / damaged inside the packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact us in our website enquiry form within 7 days from the date of purchase.
4.3. If the product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered.
5. We will inspect the returned product(s) upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph 3 above is fulfilled, you are entitled for an exchange of the product with similar value, provided the product is available in our stock. Goods sold are not refundable.
